Ben was raised on Motown and Soul from as far back as he can remember, which led him onto becoming a keen lyricist and guitar player. He has always liked dance music (hardcore, house, jungle & hip hop)

and got hooked on the house scene from his early days of clubbing around london from 94'. He started mixing at friends

parties and took to it very quickly and was soon itching to get out play in some larger venues. When Ben and original Knight Dan met they were actually more interested in writing and producing music together. However, this eventually evolved into DJing together as their passion for house music grew. Through a lot of self-promoting and hard work they were eventually playing out, rocking parties and bars around London!

They soon started playing some of their own material in their sets. In 2002 they met New Zealand singer Jessie Mathews. Blown away by her natural talent, they soon started recording her vocals on tracks they had written. This led them to incorporating a PA within their DJing sets. They met Dave Jones -room control hed honcho in 2003', who signed their first release 'saxed up'. Dave took the track to miami, where he hooked up with Dj Spen, who instantly wanted to remix it, even though it was just an insrumental at the time. With Spen lending his magic touch, 'saxed up' became an underground hit, getting on to 4 compilation albums - SOUTHPORT WEEKENDER(DIMITRI FROM PARIS), BAR GROOVES COSMOPOLITAN, KEY TO THE GROOVE(BEVAN KEYS NZ) AND CLUB HOUSE(ITALY).

They have also been working with & playing alongside phenominal percussionist 'Manos Beats De Vyne' who features on their most recent tracks. He introduced them to Adeama Cooper, a sensational gospel style vocalist who they collaberated with and wrote 'reach high'. A track which they all perform live that leaves the crowds wanting more. In 2005' when the knights were playing at 'Pacha'(london), Ben met Chris Jordan who at the time was working for Fudge Music Productions- an all round quality accomplished musician, engineer and producer with years of experience in the industry behind him. . A Junior exhibitioner at the Royal College of Music and interested in recorded sound from an early age, Chris experimented with such analogue equipment available at the time in a wide range of musical genres, until House music burst on to the scene in the late 80’s - when he realised he’d found his spiritual home; and quickly became involved both in Bristol and London, being a part of many of the releases on the G-Force Records label,

including a collaboration with Kiss/1FM's Sarah HB; also producing her 'Late show' on Kiss.

Various ventures and many hours of studio time later. after hitting it off striaght away-at first in a live scenario with Chris blasting it out on Bens congas then, working together in the studio on most of the recent remixes, he is now a fully fledged Knight: original member Dan Fifield having left to pursue a career in mastering. Ben Webb & Chris Jordan are the names behind Knights of the Round Tables AKA K.O.T.R.T. Their new track 'rumours' has just been signed to 'soda'/strictly rhythm. (soul avengerz). With remixes coming from Soul Avengerz, Deep Velvet & Soul Preachers.

With increasing acclaim for tracks such as "Saxed Up" (remixed by the legendary DJ Spen) "Grooved Me", and ''Good Times', (Soulfunk Digital) featuring Jessie Mathews and one of the original Knights Dan Fifield.

"Reach High" feat Adeama Cooper, remixed by Brooklyn legend DJ Romain. They are making quite a name for themselves in both music production and the DJ arena's.

Gaining heavyweight support from Farley Jackmaster Funk, DJ Spen, Soul Avengerz, Bobby Blanco & miki Motto, DJ Romain, Tedd Patterson to name but a few.

They have lent their remix skills to:

Soul Avengerz feat Angie Brown 'someday'

Daddy funk feat Anneta Gordon 'Lets Dance'

The Layabouts ' Love is everything'
